Modulo Pi presents an Immersive Interactive Projection based on Modulo Kinetic V7

Modulo Pi made an impression at ISE 2026 with an immersive interactive projection powered by Modulo Kinetic Version 7. Through a series of demonstrations, the audience experienced Modulo Kinetic’s latest features across a range of immersive worlds.

Modulo Pi continues to develop technologies that power immersive and interactive experiences. At ISE 2026, the French media server manufacturer unveiled Version 7 of Modulo Kinetic through an interactive wall and floor projection.

To fully engage visitors, several themed environments were presented — including museum, retail, and gamification universes — all powered by the Modulo Kinetic media server connected to 2D and 3D LiDAR sensors.

The flagship demo of this edition was created by the creative studio Spectre Lab. Visitors were invited to color an object — a car, truck, or bird — and write a message, then scan it so that their creation could be injected in real time into the immersive projection, with the ability to interact with the projected object.

This experience was made possible thanks to Modulo Kinetic and its advanced features. Through Modulo Bridge, the media server received real-time data from the scanner, enabling the integration of the customized 3D object into the projection. At the same time, real-time data from the LiDAR sensors automatically triggered visual and audio effects based on the audience’s gestures and movements.
